• TO ACTIVATE:


1. Log into Online Banking, select the tab at the top labeled “Card Management” and select the Activate button for the appropriate card.
2. Call the number on the activation sticker found on your card or 888-691-8661.
3. Step into a FirstLight Federal Credit Union branch to have the receptionist activate.

If you do not recognize a charge or feel you were billed an incorrect amount, please follow these three steps. First, double-check your receipts and check with other authorized users of your card. Second, contact the merchant where the purchase originated. Finally, if you are unable to resolve your dispute with the merchant, call Member Services at 800-229-6132 immediately.
